Since its inception in April 2021, FDS Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd has established itself as a
proficient OEM thermoplastic manufacturer and mechanical engineering contractor.
From our base in Juru, Penang, we cater to our clients’ manufacturing and development
needs in the northern region, spanning Penang, Kedah, Perlis, and the Thailand border.
Our services include maintenance, fabrication, customization, and installation. Our
experienced management and project team have been intricately involved in
thermoplastic fabrication, creating diverse products such as chemical plating & storage
tanks, chlorination tumbler for glove lines, fume hoods/cupboards, air/exhaust ducting,
and more. With over 30 years expertise, we've expanded into M&E installation and the
design and fabrication of environmental control system equipment.
Our operations are split into two primary divisions:
1 - Mechanical Engineering & Industrial Support Services
2 - Thermoplastic Engineering's Product Design & Fabrication.
Our technical and service team is innovative and experienced and is supported by a
state-of-the-art manufacturing facility equipped with various machining tools, welding
machines, fabric and plastic manufacturing equipment.
Our specialty lies in the realm of Plastic Engineering. We handle industrial requirements
such as product design, fabrication, chemical piping, sewerage installation, and liaising
with environmental control departments for a multitude of governmental and
commercial clients.
FDS Engineering is also committed to workplace safety and works with safety & health
organizations to minimize accidents, thereby ensuring a safe work environment. Our
goal is to maintain work quality without compromising safety.
